- Classes
Registration is required. Payment in full is required to hold your spot.
Cost of classes is $15 an hour.
Cancellations made up to 48 before the class receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class receive no refund unless the spot can be filled.
- Returns
All returns are for store credit only and must be accompanied by yellow sales receipt. There are no returns on Sale items, magazines or books. Yarn in original and sellable condition with ball band in place may be returned. Needles may be returned within 7 days of purchase if they are unopened and unused.
- General Support
We are here for you! So long as you have bought the yarn here, we will give you all the support you need to complete your project. Please don't hesitate to come in with your knitting questions, and we will give technical and knitting related emotional support. We have all wanted to throw a project out the window from time to time. Just take a deep breath, put the knitting in a bag and come on over.
